What's New:

The new wound-care program combines the expertise and healing techniques of the nursing and rehabilitation departments and extends the facility's capability to accept referral requiring a higher level of care.

Our in-house rehabilitation department offers physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Professional and experienced therapists ensure that each rehabilitation resident is returned to the highest possible level of function and independence.

History:

Rim Country Health & Retirement Community began January 1, 2005 when we took responsibility for the facility from the prior management team. Formerly Manzanita Manor, this facility has served Rim Country residents since 1985. Now Rim Country Health, the facility is enjoying reorganization, restoration and redirection in all departments.

We are pleased to offer improved quality and services to our community as we integrate the expertise and commitment of our staff into the needs and opportunities of Payson and wider communities.

Rim Country Health is built on an 8-acre campus with two separate facility buildings, our 109 bed skilled nursing facility and rehabilitation center; and our 34 unit apartment complex with offices and meeting rooms.
