Mission Statement:  

The mission of the division of children, youth and families is to serve as a human service organization dedicated to achieving safety, well-being and permanency for children, youth and families through leadership and the provision of quality services in partnership with communities.

Administration of Children, Youth & Family (CPS) is a service agency within the Arizona Department of Economic Security.  As an agency, we protect children from abuse and neglect as mandated by State and Federal law, provide assistance to families in crisis, referrals to community services and provide voluntary and involuntary foster care placement to children.
